Is a warm-up required at all when one goes for a brisk walk? And what approximately a cool down after the walk?

A brisk walk will have to be fine without a structured warm-up routine.
But whether you’re waiting for a friend, firing up the glutes and quads could also be a good suggestion. This might look abnormal but get into the behind of a squat and just stay there for a bit. Finally we are the land of Indian toilets. Post the walk, do a little mobility drills to open up those hips and quads – foam rolling is a smart idea… and very relaxing!
